Full-session capture (advanced)

  1. Chrome / Edge: Open DevTools (F12) → Network tab → tick Preserve log and Disable cache. Reproduce the issue. Right-click anywhere in the request list → Save all as HAR with content. Attach the .har file to your support ticket.
  2. Firefox: DevTools → Network → right-click → Save All As HAR.
  3. Chrome net-internals (deep TCP / DNS / QUIC traces): open chrome://net-export/Start Logging to Disk → reproduce → Stop. Attach the JSON.

Some customer environments strip corporate proxies inside HAR files — that's expected; support can still read the rest.

Need something this portal can't do?

Server-side probes required for: arbitrary-port TCP/UDP, traceroute / mtr, SG/NACL path audit, path-MTU discovery, authoritative-only DNS queries, multi-region vantage, and any User-Agent-sensitive WAF probing (browser fetch cannot override User-Agent). Use the matching CLI in tools/cli/ or hand your SRE the support bundle every tool can generate.
